This is a platform to connect mentors and mentees across diverse nations to provide guidance through English and financial education to achieve mentees’ life ambitions through mentorship programs. By doing this, we believe that Sang Nguyen Online will add more values in the growth and development of young people.

Our services depend on mentees’ needs, we can assist on:

The average mentorship session costs $25-50 an hour. However, it also depends on the number of sessions you have and if you are a returning mentee or not.

Anyone who wishes to learn to communicate in English confidently and make sound financial decisions through creative and innovative methods, especially young adults.

In order to build up an effective and sustainable community, our mentoring models comprise of one senior person mentoring/ instructing one junior person and group online.

At first, a mentee enrolls in Sang Nguyen Online ‘s mentorship programs: Nourish Your Soul, Become a Citizen of the World, Become a Responsible Adult. During the mentorship, the mentee will gradually gain the skills necessary to become mentors themselves. After graduating from the courses, they will be assessed and trained to become senior mentors.

A mentor is an experienced and trusted advisor who works on process driven development, looking not just at the current job function but beyond, taking a more holistic approach to career development. Their relationships with mentees tend to be more long-term, lasting a year or two and even longer with the overall development outcome of the mentee.

A coach works on more performance driven, designed to improve the professionals’ on-the-job performance. Their relationships with clients is more likely to be short-term (up to 6 months or 1 year) with a specific outcome in mind.
